Amy sent these pictures to James and he forwarded them on to us. Brent says they were taken just before he shaved his beard for his picture to put on his missionary papers. That is 37 years ago and it was taken in Grandma Miriam Barlow's dining room in front of the sliding glass door drapes. He is SO cute! This is the Brent I wrote while he was on his mission. He has managed to pass some of his red beard onto all his sons...we'll have to wait to see about his grandsons!

Well Brent I have to say I'm glad you passed on some of your handsome-ness to Ryan! Oh and the red beard too. Yes that red beard is quite a phenomenon...We may never know if Ryan passed it on to any offspring, at least I hope we don't ever know with our girls!! :)
Why couldn't he have passed on those growth hormones. I couldn't grow a beard until after I was married.
