Brent is building me some raised vegetable/flower beds. The first project of the summer
I really like how it turned out. It is perfect....the only problem is Atticus thinks this is a fun extension of his ball throwing and if we won't throw the ball, he carries it up into the box and rolls it off the sides! So even though it looks like we have killer vegetables that are being caged to keep Atticus safe, it is the other way around! Brent is building another raised bed just like this one in the opposite corner. Isn't my larch tree looking wonderful.

wow that is beautiful! Great job dad! I love it, as soon as I saw it I thought I wonder if Garrett could build me one of those. Your tree is going to beautiful framed between those beds. I'm impressed!

I love the shape and design! You and Brent make great landscapers. I love that everything in the whole yard has to be Atticus proof, it sounds like what we are doing with the babies. :) I love the tree too and am thinking of taking up gardening as a hobby. What do you think? I know you would be my main source of advice! Your yard looks great and we miss it already.
As I was scrolling down through the pictures the first thing that I thought was how nice that looks, and quickly after that I wondered if it was going to be tall enough to keep a overly energetic dog out. I guess we now know that answer.
And is that the sun that I see shining, have you reached summer yet? I am so glad that you have Brent around so that the two of you can come up with and complete these really fun projects. It really looks so great. And it will look so wonderful with the other one, and the tree in the center. I wish that we had a yard.
