We have been renovating our office. Dad took out the sewing table and the computer table and built this U shaped table for both sewing and computer. Here is the view from the doorway.

It needs one more drawer at the top and this one will be finished. There will be another one next to it, to the right.
each drawer holds 48 cans. Two can dresser units hold a years supply of canned goods for Dad and I
It was like Christmas last night, putting all my cans away! I love how easy it is to fill.
Dad built a tower holder with drawer slides so could free up counter space. Here it is extended
Here it is pushed all the way back. I LOVE my new office and can dresser!

1 years worth of cans sure must be heavy. What a clever idea, and it looks so nice all tucked away.
What a fun time you two must have coming up with all sorts of new ideas for each room. I love all the things that you have done...what are you planning on doing when you are out here? Brent you better get your sketch book ready, just kidding.
