Well we did it....and after our adventure last week with the fuel pump I don't think that will come as a surprise to any of you. We went to Carmax up in Sandy, yesterday and traded in our Subaru and got this Honda Pilot.

Isn't it beautiful....a tasteful, dignified red I think and I have always wanted a red car, but we have always opted for the best buy and it all came together in this car. A 2005 Honda Pilot, with 54k miles on it, 4 wheel drive, 6 cyl. It has lots of features I don't know if we will ever use, but we are very happy with it so far.
We had a good experience at Carmax...no pressure and we got to test drive many different brands. Many thanks go to Brad our mechanic and Garrett who helped us over and over again with great advice, especially Garrett who held my hand and was available all afternoon for my many phone calls during our test drives.

I'd take heated seats! Ok, out here it needs to be more like icy seats, but wow! Way to go with the luxury features. I have always liked Honda and am very impressed with your choice, esp. the red. I am so glad after all the e-mails you sent that just kept having a sequel you have finally made a clean break. I HATE car problems and could feel every minute of your pain! There is nothing like driving home in a shiny new car that is reliable too. hmmm we might be giving Garrett a call this summer. :)
